CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect scheduled appointment times, the following policy is strictly enforced: A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Clients arriving 10 minutes late will receive a $15 lateness fee will be added to your service amount. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late without prior communication will result in the appointment being canceled, and the $25 fee will apply. Repeated cancellations or late arrivals may require prepayment for future bookings. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
